Rather than GDOTS (Gee Dots) on Twitter, I’m thinking this is someone who, maybe, likes shooting things (hopefully not living things). GD-OTS is short for General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems, which is a business unit within the Combat Systems Unit of General Dynamics.

Oh, and these aren’t just bullets. These are the rounds for those really serious guns you see on a helo as it flies over and mows down everything below. One of these would, quite literally, rip a person into shreds upon exit, as it also does to trees, cars, buildings or anything else.
