I’d love to know the back story on this vanity plate! Maybe it wouldn’t be as exciting as I want it to be, but if you haven’t guessed already, The Hunt for Red October is one of my favorite novels (the movie wasn’t bad either).
This also may be the first Toyota Prius vanity plate I’ve seen that doesn’t push the owner up as a member of some type of imaginary wannabe environmental advocate ultra elite class (as though driving a hybrid will save us all). Maybe someday when we’re all driving hybrids, those people will find something more interesting to boast about.
Of course, there’s also a band named Red October. They sound good!
